At JGHooded, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Refunds will only be issued for items returned with proof of purchase.

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-refundable items:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or wear

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
