At JGHooded, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Refunds will only be issued for items returned with proof of purchase.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items that are damaged due to misuse or wear
