At JGHooded, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Sale or clearance items (if marked final sale)

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

Return Process

  1. Email us at jghooded11@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at jghooded11@gmail.com.

Shipping Returns
